		<description>Utilities usually are a safe bet, but you never know. It depends on the investment instrument. No loads can be a risky shot, then again I&#039;ve had some luck with mutual no load funds in intermediate runs. Hard to say for sure.</description>

		<description>I have always felt safe investing in utility stock holdings. I know the diversity of the shares as far as investing options is limited, but the returns are as close to guaranteed as you can get. Utilities will always be in business in some form of another, so it makes sense to go that way.</description>
